Mountain View Community Application

1. Overview

At Mountain View, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from the Mountain View Community Application.

Important Warning: Data deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All your information, orders, and maintenance history will be permanently deleted.

2. Data to be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Personal information (name, phone number, email, address)
  • Unit details and residency information
  • Service requests, maintenance tickets, and community service history
  • Payment records, invoices, and transaction history (where applicable)
  • Messages and communication submitted through the app
  • App settings, preferences, and saved data

3. How to Request Data Deletion

3.1. Through the App

  • Open the Mountain View App
  • Go to Profile / Settings
  • Select Delete Account
  • Review the data deletion warning
  • Confirm by entering your registered phone or verification code
  • Tap Confirm Account Deletion

3.2. Via Email:

  • Send an email to: info@mountainviewegypt.com
  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include in your message:
    • Your full name registered in the app
    • Phone number associated with your account
    • Registered email address
    • Reason for deletion request (optional)
  • You will receive confirmation within 3-5 business days

4. Processing Timeline

App deletion:

Immediate (within minutes)

Server deletion:

Within 7-14 business days

Backup deletion:

Within 30 days maximum
